Who receives the data
IPA’s General Coordination. If you agreed to it in the Register, your contact details are also visible to the people with access to the members’ intranet (IPA Board, country representatives and IPA Network members), and your organisation appears on the public stakeholder map, without volume data. We do not sell or rent personal data. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Website design and hosting: Two Fishes Design (South Africa), which also manages the domain name.
- Audience measurement: Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent.
- Backups: Dropbox International Unlimited Company / Dropbox Inc. (copies of the website kept for recovery).
- Spam filtering of forms: Automattic Inc. (Akismet).
Some of these providers are located, or may process data, outside the European Economic Area (South Africa, United States). For those transfers IPA relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions where they exist (for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for certified companies) and, for the other providers, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep the data
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years after the last exchange.
- Industry Register records: as long as your record is active, and in any case until you ask us to remove it. Records with no contact for 3 years are reviewed and deleted or anonymised.
- Intranet accounts: while your access is active; deleted within 12 months after it ends.
- Audience measurement data: 14 months.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which the banner asks again.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before). Write to coordination@ipaprunes.com; we answer within one month. You can change your cookie choice at any time from the Manage consent link at the bottom of every page.
If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or to the authority of your own country.
